Buyer hereby grants Seller a nonexclusive, limited license to use, copy, modify or otherwise utilize any materials or intellectual property provided by Buyer to Seller for purposes of fulfilling Company’s obligations herein. Seller may require Buyer to execute a separate confidentiality agreement.
