LELIT srl a socio unico, collectively “LELIT”, “we,” “us,” or “our”, is committed to providing you excellent service and helping you find the products that best suit your needs. Included below are LELIT complete product warranty and returns policies.
1. Warranty Policy
All LELIT products have a one-year limited product warranty, valid from the date of purchase. Should your LELIT product have a defect in product material or workmanship within the Warranty period, LELIT will arrange to have your original product returned to us, and either deliver an identical or comparable replacement to you, free of charge or apply such other remedy as described below.
Please follow these instructions, subject to the terms of the Warranty, to receive faster service:
1. Write down the product model number and the serial number. These can be found on a label on the back of the product.
2. Have the original or a copy of the sales receipt.
3. Contact LELIT opening a ticket on our platform Customer Care (lelit.com) or, if not possible, using the dedicated form Contact us – LELIT E-commerce USA.
If the product, or one of its parts, qualifies for replacement or service under the Warranty, pack the product using LELIT original box or following the instructions provided by LELIT Custome Service. Once all information (including box dimensions/weight and pick-up address details) are defined, LELIT will send a pre-paid shipping label via email so that the product may be sent to LELIT at no cost to you. Upon receipt of the product, LELIT may ship the replacement or contact you with further information regarding repair of the product. Typical turnaround time to address Warranty claims is up to 10 business days, plus shipping, depending on your geographical location and type of damage or Warranty claim.
For additional protection of the product and to ensure secure handling while a product is being returned for any Warranty repair, LELIT recommends that you use LELIT’s shipping label or a traceable, insured delivery service only if previously agreed with LELIT. LELIT is not responsible for any damage while a product is in transit, therefore LELIT recommends to pay maximum attention to packaging.
This declaration is null and void should the machine be modified without LELIT specific authorisation.
2. Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a LELIT appliance from LELIT official e-commerce, you may be eligible to return your appliance to LELIT within ten (10) days from receipt of shipment. Please contact us for a Return Authorization and begin our Returns Process.
Terms and conditions of Return & Refund Policy:
- The appliance must have been purchased directly from LELIT official e-commerce. LELIT cannot accept returns of LELIT branded appliances purchased from other resellers.
- The purchased appliance must be in brand new condition with complete original packaging and accessories.
- Please use the dedicated form Contact us – LELIT E-commerce USA to commence the return process. Please do not return your appliance to LELIT without first obtaining a Return Authorization. Please note that LELIT is not responsible for appliance that is lost or damaged without following our return process and without obtaining a valid Return Authorization.
- If the item is returnable and you send it back to us packed in the original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories that were shipped with the appliance, LELIT will offer you a refund.
- LELIT will deduct from the refund amount: Taxes, shipping costs and the price corresponding to damages or missing components and/or tools.
- Refund will be processed only once LELIT has received and checked the product.
- LELIT reserves the right to reject any request regarding mishandled shipments submitted more than ten (10) days after the original receipt of shipment date.
Dead On Arrival (DOA): Product Failure Out of the Box
A LELIT appliance is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of an equipment failure, preventing basic operability, when you first use it after opening the box. If you believe that your product is DOA, please contact LELIT within ten (10) calendar days of the receipt of shipment date. LELIT will determine whether the product is DOA and will arrange for the DOA product’s return and ship you a replacement product at LELIT’s expense.
