There is a new opportunity to join our Marketing Team.
The figure we are looking for will be directly involved in the management of technical communication and customer service support. He/she will:

• provide technical support to consumers
• resolve issues by providing solutions to meet customer needs
• implement product instruction and maintenance manuals

The person we are looking for has the following profile:

• a Technical University background
• fluent in both English and Italian (C1 – C2)
• excellent communication skills
• strong organizational and teamwork skills
